Marc Knisely - CEO

Marc began his Farm Credit System career in the spring of 1981 as a Loan Officer with a Production Credit Association in Michigan while in his final semester at Michigan State University. He has served in various management and leadership roles at the Farm Credit System Association level including Branch Manager, Vice President of Producer Lending, Vice President of Marketing, Senior Vice President and has served as an Association CEO since 1998.  

Marc was raised on a small dairy farm in southern Michigan.  He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he obtained a B.S. degree from the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources with a strong emphasis in food systems management/finance. Marc and his wife Barb have three adult children and one grandchild, and reside in the Fargo, ND area.  His hobbies include any type of outdoor family activities such as hiking, Nordic skiing, biking, gardening, hobby farming, hunting and fishing.

Kim Zeltinger - Chief Credit Officer

Chief Credit Officer Kim Zeltinger manages loan approvals, policy and procedure, portfolio management and serves on the Executive Leadership Team and Asset Liability Committee.  Kim grew up on a crop and livestock farm near Tolley, ND, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from the the University of North Dakota.  Kim joined AgCountry in 1984 as a Loan Officer, and also worked as a Senior AgriBusiness Lender and Credit Vice President before accepting his current position of Chief Credit Officer.  He and his wife live in West Fargo and have grown two children.

Jeremy Oliver - Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jeremy has responsibility for Corporate Finance, the Asset/Liability Committee, Internal Controls and Loan Accounting.  Jeremy has served in his present role since 1998.  Previously Jeremy had responsibility for leadership of branch operations and producer marketing and also has served as the Chief Credit Officer in the association.  In addition to these roles, Jeremy has worked in the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis and AgriBank in St. Paul Minnesota in various credit and audit roles.

Jeremy’s career in agricultural finance began as a loan officer for Farmers Production Credit Association in Rolla, Missouri following graduation from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Agricultural Business.  He is a native of Oklahoma and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, scuba diving and motorcycling.  Jeremy and Beth have three adult daughters and seven grandkids.

Mark Rehovsky - Chief Marketplace Officer

Mark Rehovsky started his career with Farm Credit in 1986 as a loan officer in Ada, MN.  In 1999 he took on the role of Regional Vice President for a southeast North Dakota territory for AgCountry.  In 2012 Mark was promoted to the SVP position and is presently in charge of leading the branch teams. 

Mark was born and raised on a diversified grain and livestock farm in Oakes, ND and graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 1986.  Mark lives in Casselton, ND with his wife and has two college-age sons.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, racquetball and a little farming on the side.

Jessica Fyre - SVP-General Counsel

Jessica Fyre currently serves as SVP-General Counsel where she is the principal legal advisor to the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team.  She provides leadership to the legal and lending services team that provides expertise to the entire association in the areas of loan documents, collateral, real estate and title, statutory and regulatory compliance, contract review and all other legal matters impacting the association.

Jessica, who grew up in Galesburg, ND, has a B.S. degree from North Dakota State University and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and was admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota.  Jessica and her husband Robert live in the Fargo area with their two young boys and their dog, Coach.  Her spare time is spent refereeing two toddlers, shopping at Costco and buying stuff on Amazon.

Jeni Strand - SVP Human Resources

Jeni Strand, SVP Human Resources, is from Jamestown, ND and now lives in Fargo, ND  Jeni has 25 years of Human Resources management experience, which helps her to lead the strategic, operational and cultural direction of all things “people” at AgCountry.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from NDSU and other certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Qualified Mediator (ND/MN).

Jeni and her husband Mike have two feline fur babies, Floyd and Fiona.  She enjoys cooking for friends and family (and anyone else willing to eat food), NDSU football games and working on landscaping at their small cabin in South Dakota.

Randy Aberle - SVP Agribusiness and Capital Markets

Randy Aberle leads the 25 member Agribusiness and Capital Markets (ACM) and Retail Finance and Leasing (RFL) teams providing financing solutions to local, regional and national agribusinesses.  These departments currently manage commitments exceeding $2.4 billion.    He is also current Chairman of ProPartners Financial, a $1 billion Farm Credit joint venture providing point of purchase crop input supply financing for ag producers through a dealer network across the U.S.

Randy was raised on a grain and dairy farm near LaMoure, ND and received his Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND.  He and his wife, Pam, have three daughters – two in college at NDSU and a high school senior at Fargo Davies High School.  He enjoys traveling, reading, investing and sports.

Becky Thibert - SVP Strategic Technology

Becky Thibert, VP Strategic Technology, works with other senior leaders to develop and implement a technology strategy for AgCountry. Her department provides project management, business analyst and training resources to assist with process improvement and implementation.

A native of Eagle Bend, Minnesota, Becky was raised on a dairy farm where her parents still live and put in a few acres of crops every year. She attended Moorhead State University where she received a B.S. in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude and also has a CPA Certificate - State of MN.

Becky and her husband have seven children and three grandchildren. During free time Becky enjoys reading, sewing, gardening, walks for exercise and loves to be outside. She is a member of her church council.

Howard Olson - SVP Insurance and Communications

As Senior Vice President of Insurance and Communications for AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Howard is responsible for the marketing, delivery and servicing of all crop and life insurance products and responsible for AgCountry’s community image, marketing and philanthropy activities. He is also actively involved in state and national legislative activities surrounding agriculture and crop insurance.  

Raised on a farm near Blanchard, ND, Howard’s family raised a variety of crops as well as cattle and horses. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University, Fargo and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary, Fargo. He and his wife Nancy moved to Minnesota in 2005 and reside on Mill Lake near Detroit Lakes.  They enjoy travel, snow skiing, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Jeff Schmidt - Chief Risk Officer

Jeff leads the development, communication and implementation of AgCountry’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. He also serves as the lead for all FCA compliance directives for risk management stress testing. In conjunction with the Board Audit Committee, he provides leadership and direction to the audit team.

Jeff, whose hometown is Annandale, MN, graduated from University of Minnesota, Morris with a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Economics. Jeff has been married to his wife, Amy, for 20+ years and they have three children.  In his free time he keeps busy watching/transporting kids to many sports and music activities, fishing (open water & ice), outdoor activities and following University of MN and Minnesota pro sports teams.
