We take this responsibility very seriously especially during this time with the growing threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Executive Leadership Team is actively engaged in monitoring the situation and are implementing the provisions of our established Pandemic Response Plan which is a part of our overall Business Continuity Plan. Currently, this includes:

  • Our offices remain closed to customers and general public to minimize exposure to COVID-19 until further notice. We are monitoring the recommendations by state and federal officials and will act in accordance with those guidelines. [All employees are working to meet our customer's needs. A limited number of employees are working in the office and the rest are working remotely from their home. Please call the office if you need to contact someone.]
  •  Utilizing customer remote work tools
    o Online Account Access
    o for document security
o Email/Phone for your local office
o DocuSign for signing documents digitally
    o ACH Payment Services Options
