Updated Site Usage Agreement

On May 1, 2014, we published a revised version of the My AgCountry Site Usage Agreement. Please take a few minutes to read and understand the new terms. Below is a summary of the changes to the agreement:

By becoming a user of My AgCountry and agreeing to the Site Usage Agreement, you are confirming that you have the capabilities to receive and review electronic records and that you have an active email account. You are also confirming that you have the authority to consent to receive electronic records on behalf of all co-borrowers of your loan(s).  AgCountry may convey electronically information to you about our services or provide you information or documents that are required by law or regulation to be provided to you in writing. This might include, for example, (i) revisions and amendments to the Site Usage Agreement or other information in connection with the Service, (ii) your loan documents, including the fully executed Loan Application, Promissory Note/Loan Agreement, Security Agreement, Mortgage, (iii) fee charts and disclosures required by our regulators, (iv) account statements, disclosures, notices, messages, records, (v) notices for annual and quarterly reports, annual meeting information statements, and notices of significant changes in Farm Credit’s permanent capital ratio and (v) all other documentation and information relating to loans, leases and other transactions available electronically through our website (collectively “Communication”.).  AgCountry is not required to provide you with a paper version of the Communication unless you ask us for a paper copy. 

Your consent will apply to (1) Communications relating to any existing or future transaction; (2) your use of the Services; and (3) any other Communications relating to any transaction that you ask to receive electronically or agree to receive electronically. Your consent is effective until you withdraw it in accordance with the terms of the Site Usage Agreement.
