AgCountry Farm Credit Services is pleased to offer our customers access to TELUS Health One, a confidential program and innovative well-being resource offering support and guidance.

It is free* and completely confidential – no one at AgCountry or within the Farm Credit System will know if you choose to access this program.

Every day brings changes and challenges. Through TELUS Health One, you can confidentially speak to trained consultants with the knowledge and experience to offer support and strategies for work-life issues. They can connect you to counselling, set up consultations (legal, parenting, eldercare, etc.) and refer you to helpful agencies and organizations in your community.

TELUS Health One can support you and your dependents with almost any issue, whether related to health, family, money, work, or anything in between.

TELUS Health One makes it easy. Call them, go online, or download their app to access information and resources. 

  1. Online at one.telushealth.com – Access hundreds of articles, recordings, eBooks, and online toolkits. (User ID: AGCOUNTRY Password: welcome1)
  2. Online chat – Go to one.telushealth.com  – chat with a customer service representative 
  3. Free mobile app for iOS or Android – Access support and resources on the go from your smartphone. Look for TELUS when searching TELUS Health One in the App Store or on Google Play.
