Marc began his Farm Credit career in the spring of 1981 as a Loan Officer with a Production Credit Association in Michigan. He has served in various management and leadership roles at a Farm Credit System association level including Branch Manager, Vice President of Producer Lending, Vice President of Marketing, and Senior Vice President. Marc has served as an association CEO since 1998.
As CFO, Brian has responsibility for Corporate Finance, the Asset/Liability Committee, Internal Controls and Loan Accounting. He started with AgCountry in 2002 in the Agribusiness and Capital Markets Department, and has also served as Controller. Brian began in his present role in 2019.
Mark Rehovsky started his career with Farm Credit in 1986 as a Loan Officer in Ada, Minnesota. In 1999, he took on the role of a Regional Vice President for AgCountry. In 2012, Mark was promoted to the ELT position and is presently in charge of leading the branch teams.
Chief Credit Officer Kim Zeltinger manages loan approvals, policy and procedure, portfolio management and serves on the Executive Leadership Team and Asset/Liability Committee. Kim joined AgCountry in 1984 as a Loan Officer, and also worked as a Senior Agribusiness Lender and Credit Vice President before accepting his current position of Chief Credit Officer.
Randy Aberle leads the 25-member Agribusiness and Capital Markets (ACM) and Retail Finance and Leasing (RFL) teams providing financing solutions to local, regional and national agribusinesses. These departments currently manage commitments exceeding $2.4 billion. He is also current chairman of ProPartners Financial, a $1 billion Farm Credit joint venture providing point of purchase crop input supply financing for ag producers through a dealer network across the U.S.
Jessica Fyre currently serves as SVP General Counsel where she provides advice and counsel on legal, regulatory and legislative matters and is the principal legal advisor to the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team. She provides leadership to the legal and lending services team, which provides expertise to the entire association in the areas of loan documents, collateral, real estate and title, statutory and regulatory compliance, contract review and all other legal matters impacting the association.
As Senior Vice President of Insurance and Communications for AgCountry, Howard is responsible for the marketing, delivery and servicing of all crop and life insurance products and responsible for AgCountry’s community image, marketing and philanthropy activities. He is also actively involved in state and national legislative activities surrounding agriculture and crop insurance.
Jeff leads the development, communication and implementation of AgCountry’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. He also serves as the lead for all FCA compliance directives for risk management stress testing. In conjunction with the Board Audit Committee, he provides leadership and direction to the audit team.
Becky Thibert, VP Strategic Technology, works with other senior leaders to develop and implement technology strategy for AgCountry. Her department provides project management, business analyst and training resources to assist with process improvement and implementation.
