Lamb’s Honey Farm is a family-operated apiary located in North Dakota, dedicated to producing high-quality, raw honey and promoting sustainable beekeeping practices. The Lamb family has cultivated a deep respect for bees and the environment, focusing on ethical hive management and natural honey production.

Their honey is harvested from hives placed in diverse floral regions across North Dakota, resulting in rich, flavorful varieties that reflect the local landscape. Lamb’s Honey Farm emphasizes minimal processing—no heating or filtering—so their honey retains its natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients, offering both taste and health benefits.

In addition to honey, the farm produces beeswax products and shares educational resources to support pollinator awareness and responsible beekeeping. Their commitment to sustainability and stewardship helps protect bee populations and supports broader agricultural ecosystems.

Lamb’s Honey Farm stands out for its dedication to purity, environmental care, and community engagement. By choosing their products, customers support a North Dakota-based business that values tradition, transparency, and the essential role of pollinators in our food system.

Rooted In Red is a fifth-generation cranberry farm and event venue located in Wisconsin. Rooted in the legacy of the Dempze family, the farm has been cultivating cranberries for over a century, beginning with Charles Dempze in the early 1900s. Today, the farm is operated by Jamie and Rocky Biegel, who continue the tradition of sustainable farming while expanding into agritourism and community engagement.

The farm offers immersive experiences such as wagon tours and the popular “Stand in Floating Cranberries” harvest event, where visitors don waders and step into the cranberry bog—just like in the commercials. These events provide education on cranberry cultivation, pollination, and harvesting, while also offering unique photo opportunities and family-friendly fun.

Rooted In Red also serves as a picturesque wedding and event venue. Their 1939 Harvest Barn and scenic outdoor spaces along the Wisconsin River provide a rustic yet elegant setting for celebrations. The venue blends natural beauty with thoughtful design, making it a sought-after location for weddings, reunions, and corporate gatherings.

In addition to hosting events, the farm shares its culinary heritage through recipes and products like their signature cranberry sauce, featured on the Magnolia Network. Rooted In Red is a vibrant example of how agriculture, hospitality, and family tradition can come together to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories.
