FARGO, N. DAK. (August 26, 2026). AgCountry Farm Credit Services (AgCountry) stockholders elected two agricultural producers and one Board-appointed Director to the financial cooperative’s Board of Directors.
Steve Perdue, Ray, North Dakota, was re-elected to serve a four-year term beginning on September 1, 2026. Perdue manages and operates a small grain farm raising wheat, canola, flax, barley, corn, and soybeans. Perdue serves as director on the Dickinson State University Heritage Foundation, the North Dakota Farm Credit Council, and the Ray Farmers Union Elevator Board. He currently serves as the AgCountry Board Chair and has served on the Board since 2009.
Justin Dagen, Karlstad, Minnesota, was re-elected to serve a four-year term beginning on September 1, 2026. Dagen farms with his two sons, who represent the sixth generation to operate Dagen Heritage Farms. Dagen has a diversified cash crop operation that specializes in seed potatoes. Dagen also serves as the chairperson for the Spring Brook Township Board of Supervisors and on his church board. Dagen has served on the AgCountry Board since 2018.
The Board also recognizes the following stockholder-elected members of the AgCountry Board for their years of service and dedication to the stockholders and years of service to our cooperative:
- Rich Price, Stanley, Wisconsin joined the Board in 2022.
- Greg Nelson, Milnor, North Dakota joined the Board in 2008.
- Dale Zahradka, Lankin, North Dakota joined the Board in 2002.
AgCountry is governed by a Board of Directors that reflects its customer-stockholders with representation of the different types of agriculture practiced in the Association’s territory of North Dakota, western Minnesota, and central Wisconsin. Effective September 1, 2026, the Board will consist of 13 Directors elected by customer-owners and two Directors appointed by the Board to provide an outside perspective in the areas of financial and risk expertise.
