Floor Nomination Process:
Board of Director positions only

In addition to candidates slated for the Board of Directors by the Nominating Committee, Farm Credit Administration (FCA) regulations and Association bylaws require the acceptance of nominations from the floor for any open Director position at the Annual Meeting subject to the following:

  • Verification of eligibility as defined by FCA regulations and Association bylaws, policies, and procedures.
  • Receipt of the required disclosure information from the nominee(s) within five (5) business days following the Annual Meeting.

To make a nomination from the floor, a voter of Class B voting stock must announce their name, city, and state, and indicate the name, city, and state of the voter of Class B voting stock they are nominating. Any nominee must reside or have a majority of their agricultural operations located within the Association’s Chartered Territory and may not be seventy (70) years of age on or prior to September 1, 2026, which is the beginning of the term of office.

This process will be followed for each open Director position until the nominations are closed. Candidates and nominees do not need to be present at the Annual Meeting. However, any stockholder nominated from the floor will be contacted to confirm their acceptance of the nomination and will be subject to verification of eligibility and the submission of required disclosure information by July 14, 2026.
