2026 Election Results Overview
Effective September 1, 2026, the AgCountry Farm Credit Services (AgCountry) Board of Directors is comprised of fifteen Directors: thirteen elected by customer-stockholders and two appointed Directors.
Board of Director Elections: AgCountry stockholders elected 4 stockholders to the AgCountry Board of Directors to serve terms beginning on September 1, 2026:
Race 1: Steve Perdue, Ray, ND, was re-elected to the Board with a 4-year term beginning September 1, 2026. Perdue has served on the Board since 2009. Britney Barnett, Arnegard, ND, was the other candidates in this race.
Race 2: Justin Dagen, Karlstad, MN, was re-elected to the Board with a 4-year term beginning September 1, 2026. Dagen has served on the Board since 2018. Chad Davison, Fergus Falls, MN, was the other candidates in this race.
Board Retirements: Three Board members retired effective August 31, 2026, and these elected Board positions were closed as a part of the Board’s downsizing plan.
- Greg Nelson, Milnor, ND, began his service on the Board in 2008.
- Dale Zahradka, Lankin, ND, began his service on the Board in 2002.
- Richard Price, Stanley, WI, served on the Board since 2022 and had prior service on the Association’s Board.
Your votes made a difference! Shareholder ballots generated a donation of approximately $9,100 for each state FFA organization in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. The Associations increased the contribution to $9,500 per state. Thank you for participating in the 2026 elections!
