My Account is the association’s online account management platform, designed for use on both desktop and mobile devices. It allows you to conveniently view accounts and transactions, schedule one-time or recurring payments, transfer funds, access statements, apply for financing, and more. You can also invite authorized users, also known as "guests," to access your accounts.
To access My Account on October 14 or after, go to agcountry.com and select the Login button in the top right corner.
For the best performance, use the current or two most recent major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Make sure your computer’s operating system is up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.

Additionally, you get peace of mind with verification of your identity with multi-factor authentication and automatic notifications to help you stay aware of changes and prevent fraud. Alerts are a valuable tool to help you stay informed about account activity.

Yes, all AgCountry users will need to enroll in My Account if you are not already a user of My Account. Credentials from My AgCountry and AgPay will not be valid in My Account.
Borrowers will be able to enroll online using their personal information to authenticate themselves. You will need your CIF# which is included in the mailed My Account letter regarding this conversion. To enroll online go to agcountry.com and select Login button at the top right. Select Enroll here and follow the instructions.
Entities will need to contact Customer Support to identify their users and validate their permissions for enrollment in My Account.
Great news! If you’re already enrolled in My Account you may use your existing credentials for My Account AgCountry!
AgDirect® within the AgCountry Territory Customers: use your existing My Account credentials to log into AgCountry My Account where you will now see your AgDirect accounts. If you also have AgCountry loans, you will see your AgDirect and AgCountry loans consolidated together here!
AgCountry Primary and Co-Borrowers: who also have an existing FCSAmerica or Frontier My Account access, will be able to use your existing credentials to log into AgCountry My Account to see your AgCountry loans. Continue to use these same credentials to login through FCSAmerica or Frontier My Account for access to those accounts.
AgCountry Entities: will need to contact Customer Support to assign the appropriate users and permissions for AgCountry My Account. Each authorized user will only need one username and password to get into both their My Account sessions, across brands.

Existing alerts will not transfer to My Account. The new platform offers alert options, but you’ll need to set them up again.
For Web: Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Alerts.
For Mobile: Click on More, go to Settings, click on Alerts.
Nicknames will not transfer to My Account. You will need to create them.
For Web: Click your name in the upper-right corner, select Account Settings, and expand the menu for each account by clicking the triangle next to the account name. Then select Add/Edit nickname.
For Mobile: Go to Settings, click on Nicknames. You can even include emojis in your nicknames! 😊
Note: Nicknames on your accounts are only visible in My Account and will not appear on statements or other documents.
No, all scheduled money movement transactions created in AgPay will carry over to My Account and process as normal.
All authorized users will need to be created in My Account, as they will not be converted. This is a great time to re-evaluate your authorized users and their appropriate permissions. If you are the primary or co-borrower and have enrolled in My Account, or if have been setup as the Administrator in My Account by our Customer Support team, you can invite authorized users, set up their permissions, and manage them inside My Account.
To invite and manage authorized users, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Guest Management. To invite a new user, select Add a New Guest. To view or edit a guest’s access, click the three dots to the right of their name.
If you prefer to call our Customer Support team to assist in this process the completion of new forms may be required.
For Web: From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen. Go to Profile to edit your contact information.
For Mobile: Click More, then Settings, then click Contact Information.
Yes, downloading the new AgCountry Farm Credit Mobile app will be required if you want to continue to use the mobile app. You'll need to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for AgCountry Farm Credit Mobile, and install the app. Remember to activate your biometric login for better security if it’s enabled on your device. At this time, you will want to delete the AgPay app.
Our mobile app is compatible with the latest iOS or Android operating system as well as the two previous versions, ensuring a seamless experience across a range of devices. To ensure optimal performance and security, please make sure you are using the latest version of iOS or Android. Your mobile device operating system should be kept up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.

If you are using bookmarks to access MyAgCountry or AgPay, please be aware that the old bookmark will no longer be functional on October 14, 2025. To continue accessing your account and our services seamlessly, please create a new bookmark for My Account.
Yes, there will be a system outage during the weekend of the transition. My AgCountry and AgPay will be unavailable starting at 12:00 p.m. CT on Friday, October 10. The new My Account experience will be available starting at 6:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, October 14. At that time, you’ll be able to enroll in My Account and begin using the new digital banking platform and mobile app.

No, enrollment communications for My Account will only be sent to the primary, co-borrower, or entity. Authorized users will not receive communication directly. If you have any authorized users, you will need to inform them of the upcoming changes. Read below about how to get them enrolled in My Account.

You’ll be able to view all accounts serviced by the Association. Certain accounts will be “view only,” such as Leases.
From the account dashboard page, click anywhere on the account tile/window that you wish to view. An account details window will be displayed at the top of the page. To view more details, select Show more details +.
Transaction details will be displayed below the account details. You can search for specific transactions using Description keywords, Date, Amount or Type filters. Up to 18 months of detailed transaction activity is available online.
Users can view individual draft images or multiple images. Users will have the flexibility to generate your own draft image reports by searching for specific drafts or setting parameters, such as date ranges or dollar amounts. The report will be available as a downloadable PDF.
To view Individual draft images: Navigate to the transaction section on the account details page and select View draft on the specific transaction.
To view Multiple draft images: Go to the account details page and select Search drafts, located to the right of Search & Filter Transactions.
Note: Historical Draft Image statements for the past 18 months from MyAgCountry will be available in My Account - from March 2024 through September 2025. After the September 2025 statement they will no longer be automatically generated. Instead, customers will be able to use the Multiple Draft Image feature to create customized reports at any time. This self-service option allows you to generate reports sooner than the previous monthly schedule, giving you quicker access to the information you need.
The Multiple Draft Image feature is not available in the mobile app.
Yes, My Account allows you to easily download your transactions in a CSV format, which can be imported into QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Yes! My Account includes functionality that allows you to view your insurance policy coverage directly within the platform.
All transactions can be set up as one-time or recurring, with the ability to specify the amount and date of the transaction. The types of transactions include:
Note: External transfers will only allow funds to be transferred to your verified bank account, which is set up through a third-party called Plaid (see How do I add an external account?).
No, your current external accounts in AgPay will not be transferred to My Account. As part of the enhanced security, you will need to re-establish any external accounts you wish use to schedule transactions in My Account. This ensures your account connections are up-to-date and securely linked within the new platform.
Note: Any scheduled or recurring transactions you’ve already set up through AgPay will continue to process as expected and will be visible in My Account.
To make a payment to your association account from an external source, or to transfer funds from your operating line to an external financial institution, you must add an external account.
For transfers FROM your association account to an external account, the external account must be verified through a third party called Plaid. This verification process helps protect you from fraudulent transfers. Many institutions offer instant authorization through Plaid so access to the verified external account is immediate.
To create a verified external account within My Account, select Pay & Transfer, select Manage External Accounts, and click Add a verified account.
Payments TO your association account do not require a verified account and can be added using a routing and account number.
To create a non-verified external account within My Account, select Pay & Transfer, select Manage External Accounts, and click Add an external bank account.
Note: Payments can also be made from a verified external bank account.

You will be notified upon logging into My Account if an external account requires attention. Select Pay & Transfer, Manage External Accounts, and select the “Repair” button on the account which will launch to Plaid to correct the issue.
Note: Only the user that created the verified external account in Plaid will have the ability to fix it.
Same Day ACH is a new feature in My Account that allows you to initiate eligible fund transfers and have them processed on the same business day! This gives you faster access to your money and greater flexibility in managing your finances. To take advantage of same-day processing, transactions must be submitted by 2:30 p.m. CT on business days.
Select Pay & Transfer, select Manage Scheduled Transactions, select the appropriate account, and click on the scheduled transaction.
For Web: Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Alerts. Select the account you wish to view/set alerts.
For Mobile: Click on More, to to Settings, click on Manage Alerts, select the account view/set alerts.
For Web and Mobile: From the account dashboard page, select View Statements. Select the account you wish to view, along with the year, then select the statement to View, Download, or Print.
Up to 36 months of billing and activity statements are available online. All year-end summary statements, payment reminders, tax forms, and rate change notices will continue to be mailed to your address on file.
For Web: From the account dashboard page, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then go to Account Settings. Or from the Statements page you can select Manage Paper Statements.
For Mobile: Click on More, then click Settings, and Paperless Statements.
To turn off paper statements for all accounts, select the Opt out of paper statements.
To turn off paper statements for specific accounts, check the box next to the account.
When you select to go paperless for an account, you will receive an email notifying you when the online statement is available in My Account.
If you want to turn paper statements back on you can simply un-check the box next to the applicable account.
Note: only the primary borrower can turn off/on paper statements.
Yes, if you opted out of your activity and billing paper statements in MyAgCountry your preferences will transfer to My Account.
Note: My Account does not allow for separate opt-out options between activity and billing statements for an account. If you had previously opted out of only one of the two statement types then you will receive the paper statement for both statement types. You can manage your paper statement preferences through My Account.
Currently, My Account does not have the capability to support viewing documents beyond account billing and activity statements.

We understand how important document access is to our customers and we are exploring options to bring additional document functionality to My Account in the future.
Yes! My Account includes new self-service functionality that allows borrowers and co-borrowers to invite and manage authorized users directly — no need to call in or request manual enrollment. You can also set permissions and customize access levels for each account the authorized user can view, as well as make any changes to permissions or access in the future.
For entities, an authorized signer(s) will need to complete a form to enroll an administrator or guest. Contact Customer Support at 877-348-3810 to complete this process.
Note: In My Account, the authorized users are known as Guests.
You now have the ability to invite and manage your authorized users through My Account if you are the primary, co-borrower, or assigned administrator.
None: Authorized user has no access to the account.
View only: Authorized user can only view the account and does not have any payment rights.
Make a Payment: Authorized user can view AND make payments to this account.
Advance from Loan/Make a Payment: Authorized user can view, make payments and initiate advances to an external account from an operating line.
Manage external bank accounts: Check this box if you want to grant your authorized user the ability to create/delete external accounts.
My Account introduces a new feature that allows users with multiple guest roles—such as CPAs or tax accountants—to manage all their customer accounts under a single login. You will be able to see a list of all the customers you have access to and easily toggle between them using the “Working As” functionality. This eliminates the need to maintain separate login credentials for each customer.
Upon the initial invitation to My Account, follow the instructions to create your Username and Password.
As additional invitations are sent to you, click the email invitation and login with your existing My Account credentials and follow the instructions.
Once multiple customers have been added follow these steps to toggle between customers:
No, authorized user permissions are set at the account level. The customer who invited you as an authorized user will need to log in to My Account and manage your permissions for the new account or call Customer Support to complete the appropriate paper work to have the new account added to your My Account.
No, My Account does not offer this functionality. Any user with authorization to view an account can see the transactions that occurred for that account, but the system will not display which user scheduled the transaction.
Yes, mobile deposits can be made to a revolving line of credit through the new AgCountry Farm Credit Mobile app. Mobile deposits will not be possible to an account without a revolving line of credit, such as an installment or real estate account.
If you submit more than 100 checks per month, you may want to consider a desktop scanner. Contact Customer Support at 877-348-3810 or your local AgCountry Farm Credit office and ask about desktop scanning options.
If you are an existing user of our desktop scanner, Customer Support will be contacting you directly to work through the transition.
Desktop Remote Deposit transactions will show up in My Account as a lump sum amount for each batch with the description “Remote Deposit.” My Account will not display individual checks within a given deposit. To view individual checks of a specific deposit, go to the Remote Deposit tool and use the Research tab to search for a specific check, or you can go into the Reports tab to look for specific deposits. Both areas will provide images of the checks.
Mobile remote deposit transactions will display as individual transactions in My Account. Deposit images are only available on the mobile app and are not available in the transaction details.
